France trip, Ending soon...

Hey,
We know that my trip is ending.... I am sad, sad I am!!! Uhh.... Yea.
Ive had fun, and that matters.... So I guess thats good, right! Ive been swimming lots, so thats good!!!

Today

Hi!
Today, We have just been hanging out. We went on a walk too! Up this hill, and boy, we got tired!!! I know I was!! I just finished lunch, (We woke up late) and watching Toy Story 2. I still love that movie. We leave for a small town Monday afternoon, and hopefully, I will have m magazines so I can read when Im there. Yay!!!
School is coming up quickly, which means that Im gonna be leaving here on the 18th!!! And thats less than 2 weeks away! ACK!!!!
But Ive had fun! And that matters!

Today

Hello!
Well, not much going on today! Yesterday; We went to a ropes coarse. It was tons of fun! You have a two hour session and stuff, which makes it more fun! And there are like so many little obstacles to cross, like walking in the air on a large round pipe, wobbleing around on 3 zigzag trunks, all connected by a wire, and pulling yourself up the wire and sliding down it, all strapped up in a harness! I was scared I was gonna fall right off the wire!!! Thank goodness for harnesses!
Today; *We will probably watch Secret Story tonight. Its a French show, that is on VERY late at night. Its an interesting show though, although hard to understand!!! And hard to explain! They dont have it at home, I dont think, Although how should I know, Im usually not watching tv at 10:30 anyway!! Haha....

Fun!

Fun, Fun, Fun!!! Ive been reading lots the past few days and weeks and I enjoy that. I also love checking out the French magazines... But I have started to understand more French, and It's easier and easier to understand the daily things... Like how did you sleep and stuff like that. I enjoy it. Its very interesting.... Hearing the French language and knowing that there is a word in English, but just in a different language, saying it differently with a different ring to it... I love it!

July 13th...
Today we leave for France!! Yay!! I hope everything goes well on the 3 flights.And that this will be an adventure!! Anywho.. Yay!!!

July 14th...
We landed in Madrid!! We are waiting to board!!

July 15th...
Well...We made it to Paris!! We are going into the city... And then headed to Nice.

Today we went to the pool. And then the store to get some food. And then we might go to the pool.. or just rest the rest of the day.But I am tired. I need to sleep.. Moms gonna call when she gets to Switzerland..

July 19th...
This morning.. we went to the beach. There were GINORMOUS WAVES!!!! that me and Olivia layed in. We lye on the ROCKS... In the shallow... and when a big wave comes in... It fliups us over..Its a lot of fun.We are about to eat. And go to Marineland tonight.

We saw a whale show and a Dolphin show. They are just great sea animals. brynn is at GS camp 2night!!

July 20th..
Hope Brynn is havin fun!!! But shes sleepin!!We just went to the beach!!

July 21st...
Today has gone good so far. Mom called. We went to the pool... And just ate lunch. yes.. So far... So good. I went to the market and bought a new bracelet.. and a new belt!!. I love the bracelet!!

Already had dinner. Had pizza. I like pizza. It was good.I am about to call dad..

July 22nd...
Well.. Nothins happened yet. Ive gotten about half way through my new bokk... WE ARE ALL MADE OF GLUE.. Its a good book!! I love it!! Justin Bieber mag is in French.. But has posters. We havent gone anywhere yet.Well.... hmmm.. its only 10:44am....

I finished 3 books!!! I had my share of lounging time.. so gonna write... Also gonna call dad. ttfn!!

July 23rd..

We went to the pool today. And then.. the beach. The wave were so large!!! Larger than the last time!! Like ten ft. tall!! It was fun!! Mom leaves Europe 2marrow....

The waves had me bruised. My legs ache... But it was fun! We went to the pool today and about to go to the sea. The waves (from here) look about as big as yesterday....

July 27th...
Today we went shopping. Fun. 2marrow we parasail. Should be fun. We just got back from the sea!! Waves were normal. But still fun

July 28th...
Today we leave Nice... (tear)....Well.. Dijon will be fun. Plus.. Im gonna meet Olivias fam! Should be fun!!!!

The sky is cloudy. Not like Nice...I like Nice.. But I like it here.... I miss my friends!!! Olivia and Margot are gonna do a make over...We had crepes!! YUM!

July 30th...
Yesterday.. I skyped mom. We are gonna get Cowboy(dog) today.Then see a movie.Yay!! I love how ppl r sending me stuff...(fb,email, letters..) Yippee!!!

July 31st...
Today Margot left. We r gonna swi at a friends pool. She is Brynns age. We leave in 10 mins...

August 1st...(today)
We just ate... and slept in late. Saw Marley and Me for the second time. Great movie. Always brings me to tears. We are just gonna hang out today. Yay... I guess. 2marrow we do something fun.

Well, my trip is coming up quickly, and i have to say that I'm ready. It will be tons of fun!!!!!!!!
My ipod is almost finished, and I'm very well packed.... Only a few shirts, and pants/bottoms... and of course, books and magazines. But, the only thing is, I CAN'T USE MY CELLPHONE!!!!!!!
It costs a dollar a minute....

The countdown continues!!!

Hi!!!!!
Well, now I have exactly 1 month before I leave for FRANCE!!!!!!!! Excitment is rushing!!!!!!!!
Anyhow, 1 last question to think about. Do they play the same artists in France, as they do here?? Cause here I know that we play Ke$ha and Justin Bieber, but do they?? I WILL find that out when I go over the sea!!!! I would like to know what t download off itunes n my ipod, and what I should be listening to....

T.V. and movies... (Here and France)

Hola!!! (Oops! Wrong language!!)
Well, I myself have been wondering, are the movies in France, the same as they are here?? If they are, do they have French subtitles? Or are they just in English? Well, I'm guessing that the movies are not the same... Exept for the popular ones, of course!!! And, do we have French movies here?? If we do, do they have English subtitiles, or are they just in French??

Well, I'd like to know also, what are the malls like in France? Do they have pools, waterparks, or like anything else? Or is it just stores, like here?? or do they even have any malls??? I bet they do, thet was sorta a stupid question!!! :/..... hehe!!!

Schooling (here, and in France) :)

Bonjour!!!It's me again!!!
So, i decided to do a post about school. Now school might be pretty BORING to some of you... but it actually gets you quite far in life... (if you stay in it..)
Here, in Colorado, Scholing is simple. You go to school 5 days a week, normally for 7 hours, get out from about May 28th- June 8th, and you start back up again sometime in late August or early September. Very simple... Plus, there's homework, teachers, and to top it all off, fun ways to learn different subjects.
In France, Sxhooling can be different. They all have about 7 hour school days, homework, and teachers, but did you know, that they don't have school on Wenesday??? But, to make up for that, they go to school for half of Saturday, and have summer homework. (Not fun, correct?) Well, I guess that's my knowledge in schooling..... here, and there.
And, we all get summer break.
(For you home schoolers, idk)

The countdown starts!!!

Hey,
Today, I have a month and 13 days until I leave for France!!! So today the countdown starts!!!
I'm going to start this countdown by celebrating in a way that noone celebrates. I'm going to dance around like a maniac..... (I'll post a video of that ASAP)
Ok, well I'm gonna have to wrap this post up...... Just thought i'd let evrybody know what's up!!!!!

Holiday- Memorial Day

Today is Memorial Day. Quite a lot of people don't have school today, and quite a lot of people dont have to work today. Which is nice, in my opinion. It gives everybody freetime, springtime, and a lot of fun time..... I know what I'm doing for Memorial Day. Today we are having a BBQ at our house, but also, me and my sister are going swimming with one of our neighbors.
I'm excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did you know that in France, and all over Europe, they have a Holiday, just like we do?? It's on July 14th, and I'm gonna be able to celebrate with Olivia and her family this day in the French Rievera.

Ok, so this is a continuation of my last post.
This blog is about my adventures, but of course, I'm going to be sharing my personal experiences on thus blog, because, I started this blog a wee bit early. I'm only leaving in July!!!!!!
I plan to try to update this blog daily, but it will probably turn into me updating it about every other day.
Before I go to France, my posts will most likely be quotes, but as I said, personal experiences.....

What is this blog about????

Ok, so you guys may be wondering why did I set up this blog anyway?? Well, it all started 2 years ago....

One night, my mom got an e-mail from a family in France. They wanted to exchange me and their 9 year old daughter Olivia, for 6 months. My mom decided that that time period was too long for a 9 year old, so they agreed on 4-6 weeks.
Olivia came out 1st, and her mom came too. We had a party at our house, and then, Olivia's mom left. When Olivia came over, she knew nothing about the English culture, and not the language either.
But 6 weeks went by fast. Her family came out to pick her up, and then they traveled around the States. We kept in contact, and are still friends, through e-mail.

I can't wait until summer time!!!! Wait, it's practically summer!!!!!!!!!!
